General Products

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for general inventory items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at teedubbxsclusive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at teedubbxsclusive@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Custom and made-to-order items (unless damaged or defective)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at teedubbxsclusive@gmail.com.
